Juniors collecting Food and Sanitary Items for Survivors of DV living off-site

With the Covid pandemic dragging on in its second year, many survivors of Domestic Violence are still living in hotel rooms sponsored by the YWCA. Without a kitchen to supply food, meals are hard to come by. Johanna H, Luca T and Natasha Z collected carloads full of single-serve food items and sanitary items to be assembled into packets and dropped off for the families, we so appreciate your commitment and thoughtfulness!
Families for Families believes all people deserve to live free from the repercussions of domestic violence. Through raising public awareness, advocacy, and direct support to survivors, Families for Families aims to helping women and children rebuild their lives after violence, while instilling an ethic of service in our youth.
